after that PE run challenge, my knee injury got worse! and i notice that i need to depend more on my knee support for my daily work and stuff.. Even walking, after a while, my knee will feel the pain and get weak! I wonder if i really need a wheel chair! I do not want my knee to end up at this tragic state! I start to think that my knee are a problem to me and i dun really like that.. If there is any drug or pill that i can consume?
